Olga was raised on the Italian Mediterranean amidst the prominent yacht and ship building industry and she shaped this early influence into her profession. She is a Master Mariner, Naval Architect and Marine Engineer. Her projects in the industry have taken her around the world.
Her early career focused on the commercial shipbuilding sector and later transitioned to superyachts and passenger ships where she has applied her energy and expertise for more than 20 years. From this solid professional base in marine engineering sciences and commercial class regulations Olga supports shipyards, with start-up and production organization, as well as owners, through all aspects of the build process. Her roles encompass owner’s representation, contractual and legal advice, shipyard vetting, design criteria, project organization and management. Olga’s international experience and notable background in the marine industry merge with her skill at navigating cultural and interpersonal variations to focus on the successful completion of her projects. Her contributions to mcIvor&team pertain to project management, naval architecture, arbitration and survey.
