Marko’s mechanical engineering/naval architecture degree has taken him through a broad spectrum of industries prior to his joining mcIvor&team. He taught aircraft maintenance for the Croatian Air Force, developed and managed engineering process technologies for the recycling sector, and headed various Technical Management, Maintenance and Production Teams in the automotive industry. Marko’s move from automotive engineering team management to a 120m superyacht refit team management in 2010 was a natural transition.
His aptitude for leadership and management has also led him to pursue professional development centered on psychology and pedagogy to better facilitate knowledge transfer to his colleagues and team members. Marko brings his passion for teaching to our team. He is dedicated to cost/time analysis and prides himself on developing effective engineering solutions for all his projects. Marko’s niche at mcIvor&team is onsite contractor management.
