After graduating with an engineering degree from the University of Alberta, Bonnie started her career in the Canadian mining and petroleum industries. She returned to academia and completed her MBA, graduating at the top of her class in 2005. She entered the superyacht world when she took a position on the owner's team overseeing the refit on a 70m motoryacht. She has held a variety of roles since then, including AV/lighting Project Management, Project Manager on a 120m refit, Electrical Design and Consulting on a series of large production yachts, Technical Sales Specialist to name a few. In complex projects for mcIvor&team, Bonnie combines her considerable expertise in project and business management with her technical competence in electrical systems and sophisticated electronics installations.
She is passionate about providing creative solutions to project complexities and bringing the professionalism of her early industrial career into yachting. Bonnie is a strong advocate for clients and enjoys the challenges of international projects. She has worked and lived in 7 countries and considers it one of the privileges of her career to have that opportunity.
